We have just spent a lovely week staying at peelers cottage
We have done other cottage holidays, due to having a dog and the cottage is far nicer than any of the others
It's warm welcoming and has so many lovely personal touches , the welcome basket was a welcome and very surprising treat
We lit the log burner one night and it was lovely getting out of the amazing bath and being able to sit in a warm cozy room
Bilko the dog loved the garden and all the lovely walks around osmotherley and highly recommends the area to other dogs
All in all a great holiday and we want to come back very very soon x

This is a clean, comfortable, well-equipped cottage in a lovely village and location. The welcome hamper was an extra touch to make us feel really welcome. We were able to do several walks from the door and also further afield and we were not disappointed by the variety of surroundings and levels of challenge. The generous provison of maps and instructions for many walks is a further plus for Peeler's Cottage. Would recommend this cottage. :)

just got back from a week at peelers and cant wait to return. communication with the owner was excellent, the cottage was very clean and welcoming on arrival, the welcome basket a lovely touch. we were very comfortable, the cottage had everything you could have needed! plenty of books, dvds and very good folder with photocopies of different walks and local information. the garden was a suntrap, somewhere nice to read and relax. very comfortable beds and sofa.

the village itself is very pretty with 3 really nice pubs all within a 3 minute walk, a chippy, village store and quirky junk shop. :D

Beautiful cottage. Immaculate and really welcoming. We particularly loved the welcome basket of goodies. Fantastic location, plenty to do locally and scrumptious local eateries. A + certainly worth a visit. Great value. Thanks a million.

Lovely homely cottage in a scenic friendly village. Welcome basket & plentiful supplies for the log burner most welcome.

A good base for exploring but plenty to do locally if you don't want to travel too far.

Just returned from a short break at Peelers cottage and have had a lovely relaxing time.

The cottage is cosy and well equipped and we found everything that we needed. There was a lovely welcome hamper on our arrival and the woodburner and logs were fabulous.

Ideal location to access some lovely walks, and it was great to be able to take our dog who thoroughly enjoyed the garden !

Highly recommended ! :!devil:
